Birish i have to say i do agree. If they come on your land when they aren't supposed to (which as far as i'm aware is a rare thing) then yes they are in the wrong and should be held responsible, just like any trespaser.
But yes you wouldn't complain to a Field with XC jumps in that had horse galloping round over the jumps would you? Which is essentially the same thing, they aren't trespassing they are a purely outside influence and it is upto the horses owner to deal with it effectively.
i never complain about getting mine in if the hunt is coming past, it's upto me to make sure i am in no situation to cause myself problems with the horses when hey come past. Not for them to change there route just because someone didn't want to bring there horses in...
