How much do you pay for grass livery and D.I.Y?

At my old yard it is £150 a month for DIY livery, that includes a stable, 24/7 turnout in summer & in at night in winter, use of arena, and off-road hacking on fields.
 
i have just over 3 acres - was originally split into 2 fields - one side with stable other with field shelter - both have water - tack/hay room attached - land lord has since split one side into 3 for me - have made one a schooling paddock - bottom field rideable most times of year - fantastic hacking - country side or village down to beach - land lord clears poo piles - maintaines fencing - cuts grass if my lads cant eat it down enough ( have one on restricted grazing in summer) - he lives basically on site and keeps eye on them for me - if weather real bad he will text me and askes if i want him to feed save me having to travel up there - he a star really

we on a quiet entrance to a wildlife park - have no other horses around us although house behind my paddock - well the paddock to the house behind is up for sale (house and land) so maybe they will sell to a horsey family

and he has another paddock slightly smaller size down road from me that he is unable to rent as no one interested - is cheaper by £20 month i believe
