Zak-Dude's New Own-A-Pony Friend.....

As my girls are away at their grandparents for a week I have lent Zak to the riding school for the kids riding holiday which is running all week. His owner for the week has fallen for him completely. Tears tomorrow when she says goodbye I think! The children have been doing fun competitions all week including turn out and in-hand, as well as dressage, jumping and hacking. And out of almost 30 kids.... Zak is winning overall

He just hasn't put a foot wrong all week.

And tomorrow it's the gymkhana and I overheard someone say that 'Zak's the best at that'. Am I allowed a proud mummy moment? Even though his abilities are bugger all to do with me, I just love it when people love my horse!

Aw, now I'm feeling sorry for the little person who has "owned" him for a week.....they will have some special memories

Show day. Zak's team won the gymkhana. And then all the kids had to perform a dressage test they had learned and practiced through the week and he won that too. He's such a good little pony. I hope he enjoyed his week. They enjoyed having him!
