Your Horse Live - Shopping?

OK ... so I really want to go to Your Horse Live if only because of the shopping. I need a Western saddle, know what to look for and would rather do it in person, plus other Western paraphernalia! I was just wondering if anyone has been to YHL before and knows if the shopping is any good, especially for Western tack? I'd need to book the weekend off, arrange transport etc but I am considering going down there, on my own if necessary lol.

I went last year and the shopping really is amazing. There are hundreds of stalls. However, most were general tack shops, I'm not sure how many specialist shops would be there. If you get a copy of Your Horse this month they have a list of exhibitors.

don't know if they are any good,but robinsons [the wigan one] sell a few western saddles.

I've looked on Robinsons website they dont look the best lol but I know they have Monty Roberts and some Western demonstrations this year so I'm hoping they have some Western horsey shopping! Might have to buy Your Horse good tip!

I've never been but the shopping looks amazing! This months Your Horse mag has an article about it. I wish I could go but its too far and I would struggle for transport atm.
