Off topic but asking... it seems like each forum has an older, established community and random new people that are hit and miss or just one thread wonders and of course the trolls and those looking for free promotion. Where are all the horse people going? I've noticed the same with a few other animal groups. Traffic is so slow compared to the not so distant past.

The forum style is out of date. The older established members have been here for years, most likely in touch with each other off the forum.
It will probably close when the last dribbles of us leave
I find that sad. Everything else is me, me, me. No we. Don't like FB, MeWe, instacrap or the likes of other social media. Not a fan of blogs either. I live thd forum format. It still works for do many other things. You'd think there'd be a way to make it attractive to a wide audience.
@SpooksHavinFun I'm sure you're right. I like this forum too, I've been a member along time and my friends here have helped me through thick and thin.
At the moment I am watching a seven year old girl showjumping with way more knowledge, confidence and skill than I can ever hope to manage.
I am interested in seeing where she is in ten years time. I actually do not like one of the ponies, and I will be interested in how that develops or not, and whether my opinion of this one changes or whether I have an eye for ####holes!, couldn't think of a better description!
Not all of us our social media, I am not social but I like media. I do photography, it fits insta perfectly, but it's for me. I don't do followers and I don't do tags.
