Well the farrier lanced my friend's pony's foot today but from what I could see there was no black pus - it was clear. Like a clear fluid running down - quite a bit of it - but I thought pus was always black. Any thoughts? So far she doesn't seem to be in any less pain mind you.
What colour is pus in the foot normally?

Acorns was clear at first but stunk to high heavens! as it drew out it got more gungy then started to run clear again till it stopped.
Dyl had some brilliantly yellow stuff once
