Finding a yard that focuses on all those things at once is tricky — theres loads of livery round there but a lot more general schooling focused. Have you tried asking around at local eventing or dressage clubs? They usually know which yards actually do the manners work.
Check out some of the specialized dressage and rehabilitation yards around the Exeter or Dartmoor areas, as many of them focus heavily on foundational manners and in-hand straightness work. You might also want to drop a post into local Devon and Cornwall equestrian Facebook groups, since a lot of independent private trainers offer bespoke schooling livery that isn't always heavily advertised online.
