Spent a scintillating morning yesterday riding out on the 
Cartmel fells with the Friesian Experience. Utterly fabulous. Glorious horses, glorious scenery, glorious weather. Still buzzing....

Debbie loves her horses dearly and manages her business carefully and discretely. (They were very considerate of 2 mature riders with stiff bits and a slip of teen with nerves.) They have B&B on site too, so it would make a wonderful break for someone wanting a horsey experience. We hacked out for over 2 hours on the fells, through the village and alongside the racecourse.
I am still alive. There will be photos, and possibly videos - and therefore sack of potatoes shame. I will write more on diary page for those who want a longer version.
If you ever have the chance to go - JUST DO IT! I can't recommend this place enough.
