My bargain pelham arrived this week, as did the elastic curb so wil be giving those a shot tomorrow! How I love eBay-it was only £8 used once!

I hope you and you horse both enjoyed the experience..........I just wondered what type of Pelham and whether you used/or are planning to use double reins.
We were introduced to a hard rubber Pelham with double reins and we have both enjoyed (and not been hurt at all) them.

Yes its a hard rubber (I think it's hard rubber, its definatley rubber but it has some give in it when you squeeze the mouthpiece) and elastic curb, along wth double reins.
Well there was not an instant tranformation but she was lots better. So Im going to keep at it, I havent hacked her in it yet but Im hoping it will solve the jogging problem.
