I had my first lesson for 6 months yesterday (write up in the Training of the Rider section) and today I am SO SORE!
It's the inside of my thighs, from my knees up and over. Yowie.
I was wondering though - does riding fitness carry over to skiing? I thought it might use some of the same muscles... and we're off to France next week (where it is snowing :bounce.
Any thoughts peeps?
