I hate fillling haynets and they must be so difficult to fill if you have shoulder pain. Would it be easier to feed hay from the floor or a tub?
Not riding. But mucking out advice with the use of 1 arm ?

Hello I'm 26 have had chronic hip and back pain for 8 years. I can't ride or muck out 
I used to take dyclofenic, but had to stop because it made me feel sick, can't imagine what it does to your stomach.... I switched to ib profen (no better for your stomach I know), which i find stops working after taking for a few days then I switch to asprin. Even though in pain I try as much as possible to not take any thing. I'm currently regulary having Bowen therapy, which although hasn't cured me helps to keep me in check. It is amazing for frozen shoulders so anyone with that problem I'd book your self in asap! My horse is also having Bowen therapy which has shown amazing results.
