When you lunge your horse with his saddle on, what is it like? is it normal for it to move around/bounce/ride up his wither or should it stay still/fixed to his back? Thanks
It shouldn't move... Rolo must be really round. If it moves it would be an indication that your saddle really doesn't fit (unless your horse is covered in coat shine and the girth isn't done up properly? )
Some really round cobs need a crupper, but you need to make sure the saddle fits.
Fitting saddle during and after lunging... perfect postion.
Badly-fitting saddle during lunging- slid forward...
