Keep mine at home and have for years - nothing less than 24/7 turnout would suit me and mine I am afraid, although obviously I realise this isn't possible when you are on livery yards. I do have stables but they are only ever used for extreme emergency health care. I also believe about 75 per cent of illness and accident is better cared for living out. Luckily so does my vet.
