I think its great that they are taking the opportunity to learn, it was awful seeing pictures of whales that beached here last year just left rotting on the sand. Its interesting how much they can learn from one animal.

It is fascinating to watch!!
They have had a couple shows over here of full size whale necropsy.
The main person was a small tiny woman. OMG she climbed right in!!
I can't remember her name but I guess she is famous.

And a couple more of Large animals that have died naturally elepahants and giraffes
are fascinating too.
