Hi Jane, how are you getting on with your training for RFL, hope the running is still going ok? Just wondering as I couldn't find your thread where you were updating your progress.

It's a shame Domane hasn't come back as I sponsored £20 on her just giving site so would have liked to have kept up with her progress :unsure:

Thankyou I had a good time, pleased with my time of 49mins and didn't walk at all, did the 10k. Hope domanes went well too! Very very hot today

Wow 49 mins is fab...especially in this weather. I'm probably about that for 6km lol.

Bloomin heck Ale well done! That's a fantastic time, I did 5k in 35 minutes and it was no where near as hot as today and nearly killed me, although I am a bit older than you so that's my excuse.
