When watching what you're eating, do you ever have days when your tummy just seems constantly hungry?! Past couple of days my tummy has been growling away after I've eaten! It's making me feel hungry but I've just had a meal so can't be?! Think I need to swap around my food groups, cut down the carbs and increase protein.
Went for a nice walk this morning and had a big bowl of porridge for breakfast. I'm now sat at my desk and my belly is growling!![]()
I know what you mean. Sometimes when I have a really wholesome healthy breakfast - hi fibre sort of thing, I feel really hungry quickly, even though technically I shouldn't!
