Vettings are "fit for purpose" so it would depend on what you said you wanted to use the horse for and where the sacroids are.
For a ridden horse sacoids anywhere near where tack might go are a no no but if you did not want to ride it would not be a problem.
If you said you want to do showing again sacoids are a problem.
They would be pointed out to you at the time and the vet would tell you what the risks were and if they felt that they would make the horse not fit for the purpose you intend to use it for then you would make your own decision.
