Whats the difference??

Ooh don't know? Hopefully someone will do tho.......
I only know brewers yeast used to bs recommended for humans with thinning hair. Not sure if it works tho!

A specific type of gut balancer? They're often all a bit different.
Brewers yeast is high in b vits and is prebiotic

Generally gut balancers contain a live yeast plus other goodies specific to that product. Brewers yeast, if I remember correctly, is a dead yeast.

I think with these sort of products it's often a case of trying a few until you find what suits your horse.

I dont know about brewers' yeast but I have had my own sour dough for years.
I think any yeast (including dried yeast) is a living organism. If it doesnt revive and digest the sugar in the flour, it wont produce gas or ferment, And the same must surely be true of yeast used in brewing?

Between brewers yeast and a gut balancer?
There is a difference but the first difference could be whether your horse actually eats it.
I tried mine on Brewers Yeast and she didn't like it. So if you opted for it, try and see if you can get sample or small amount.
