I've been browsing websites at coloured horses for sale and keep coming across horses where they say has no samber blood what exactly does this mean. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

Most coloured warmbloods have blood from the Samber lines, as far as I remember. Don't know why it's a bad thing though, perhaps he bred a lot of issues, or so as not to promote inbreeding? Not sure!

A lot of coloured warmbloods have Samber in the pedigree and there is nothing wrong with him AFAIK but it means that if you want to breed form a mare having no Samber in the pedigree allows more choice of stallions.
Conversely, if you have a stallion, not having Samber in the pedigree allows in all those mares who do.

Samber was a KWPN approved stallion. A lot of the approved WB stallions have Samber bloodlines so coloureds without him are sought as outcrosses, particularly if they are homozygous.

Sambertino is one of his best known sons, he was primarily competed in Germany although he has a british owner, he's currently standing at stud in the UK this season now that he has retired from competition.

he has an approved stallion son who is doing well in young horse classes in Germany

That's really interesting. Is this a common thing in all well bred horse adverts? Or particular to coloured WB's?

Tends to be fairly particular to the WB type coloureds as Samber was the 'big' name amongst coloureds and used a lot, so at one point it was almost impossible to get an outcross if you bred coloureds. The introduction of the Polish coloured WBs has helped considerably.
