German Riding Pony according to Google! Like a miniature warmblood. Never heard of them personally.

Not brand new, been around for a little while. They are the warmbloods of the pony world and really beautiful talented ponies. Have a warmblood-esque pricetag as well. Im trying to decide whether to look at those or a Fell in a few years time ...
