I have learnt to see my horse has an individual and not as a replacement for Ben. I have also learnt to ask for help and that it is helpful to show my emotions to my friends rather than hide them. Eoin has taught me so much about relationships in general and allowed me to feel and express my grief, sometimes I feel that Ben sent him to me to sort me out!
