Welsh Section A Showing Halters

Help!
Im showing my welsh section A, and im seeking a new halter. I want a white webbed one with a controll chain and webbing rope. I cant find one anywhere, does anyone know who makes them? a phone number, email or website would be fantastic.
The halter looks like a normal webbing halter but the chain goes under the chin or the pony... hope you can all help me.
