My TB has recently had a few weird lumps in random places(elbow, between her front legs, etc) They don't seem to the be the right shape or anything to be bug bites, they're kind of squishy like filled w/ fluid or something, and so far they've all gone away within a few days. Should I be concerned? There aren't any other symptoms...

Am no expert but they do sound like bites to me..especially if they go away within a couple of days. What sort of shape are they? I'd expect bug bites to be an even circle if you see what I mean, rather than a more irregular blob.

when we get bites they can look deiiferent from time to time. So it will be the same with the horse. Arnica gel is what my friend used on a HUUUGE fly bite and it helped sooth it. :D

They sound more like protien lumps to me. These are not harmful, but are common this time of year with the spring grass and the possibility that she is getting her normal ration of hard feed.
