Hi!!!!!!

Me and the girls did it! We have successfully completed the Mary Towneley Loop, and in doing so we have raised coming up for £800 for the Stroke Association

You can still sponsor us if you want to, as the piccys prove we went a flipping long way!!! Go to http://www.justgiving.com/themarytowneleyloop08 and pledge your cash :)

We had an absolutely amazing time, and although we are all a bit saddle sore, we are all saying we are definately going to do it again!

Take a looky....

We rode a 47 mile route in 3 days called the Mary Towneley Loop, which was ridden by me and my 3 friends :)

We wanted to do it as a holiday, but we knew it was going to be tough going, and we were keen on raising money for charity.

The trail is as its name describes - a huugggeee Loop! We were dropped off by our box at the nearest point to us (it's too far to ride to it), Watergrove Reservoir in Wardle, and set off on our quest across the moorland of Lancashire and Yorkshire! We had a fabulous holiday, and the 'horsepitality' was amazing! Full 3 course dinner on arrival at our stop overs (we did 3 days 2 nights), access to stabling or grazing for the horses, and a full cooked breakfast and packed lunch the following day :D

If anybody wants any info on doing it please PM or post here as I would love for more people to be enjoying this amazing trail! :D
