Hi after years of owning dressage horses i am thinking of buying a show jumper. I am a novice rider i like to ride my horses at home but have a far better rider take my horse to competitions. I have always had my horses in a semi professional yard on full competition livery. My question is i am not sure about the cost of keeping a horse in competition livery on a showjumping yard. Can anyone recommend a yard or share some information on the weekly price of full schooling/competition livery.
I do not want to find that i buy a show jumper and can not afford to pay someone to compete it.
Another option i suppose is to find a really nice full livery yard and look for an experienced sharer who would like to compete. So i would like recommendations for full livery yards with good facilities and competition yards. Located any where between Essex Kent borders ie Dartford, Thurrock as far as Chelmsford, Southend.
