This treeless saddle is on eBay and I really fancy it.

It seems to be a German brand and looks quality, but I don't know anything about the brand. Has anyone any experience of them?

I think it would suit Sid, but would be prepared to sell on if it didn't work for him. Or me come to that, last time I tried an Iberian saddle I couldn't dismount!

It's these.

I have heard of them, but I don't actually know what these are like to ride in.
I also like the style and shape of these, you can dismount by doing it western, sidesaddle or a mounting block. I don't always find the Dream overly easy.

I've been in touch with the seller and it seems to be a pretty small saddle. That will suit Sid, me not so much. I might not fit in it. I will place a low bid though and if I get it I'm sure it'll sell on. Or I could lose some weight, ha ha...!

Following with interest. It looks uncomfortable to me and I definitely wouldn't be able to dismount - dismounting is becoming increasingly tricky, and these days requires quite a lot of bladder control preparation before taking the plunge. A gentle slither is far preferable to an extravagant 'leg over' action.

Would be interested to hear what it is actually like to ride in though.
