When I left my last supply teaching job, (went for 6 weeks stayed 2 years lol, 
) I got a days trail ride at Tomintoul Riding Centre. I went last Fri. I was riding a grey Highland mare and we went about 20 miles, 6 hours in saddle, through some of the most beautiful countryside, the trees were still yellow and red. When we stopped for lunch the rain came up the glen and stopped about 10 yards from us. How's that for luck?
It was a lovely day and now 4 days later I can sit and get up without pain
If I want to do pleasure rides next year I need to train and get a seat saver.lol
