I have the hip flexibility of an arthritic 90-yr-old
Having been riding for 3 years, and this weekend being lucky enough to ride 3 days on the run, I can hardly move my legs today. I feel like I have footballers groin strain - and I haven't even worked hard. Exercises and stretches have made no difference over the years and it still takes 2 days to recover from every ride/lesson.
It won't stop me riding but it is preventing me improving my position and riding effectively. Having a why-do-I-bother-I'm-so-rubbish moment this morning.
Hopefully I'll be able to walk again before I'm back in the saddle on Thursday!
