the sunny Isle of Wight!
I'm contemplating getting one of these saddles for my New Forest pony. Does anyone have one and if so how do you find it? are they comfy, well made etc?
I've only seen the Maxam saddles in the flesh and they aren't great looking but the Griffin doesn't look bad on the website.any feedback is greatly appreciated
:)

I loved mine, I think they are fab - the griffin ones ;) Fab for day-to-day use, great for muddy hacks as it's easy to clean!

Unfortunately, my xx-wide cob griffin gp is up for sale because it's now too wide for my pony. It's just over a year old so I'll be selling if your interested ;)

I would buy another synthetic I think - just make sure the saddler fits yours, because I went for the buy myself option, from a supplier - not the wisest decision i must add.

I have one and I love it :D
really comfy, fits Twig great and the extra girths straps help a lot as his saddles tended to slip forwards on him but this one doesn't as the 4th strap ancors it down a bit :)
