I have never seen a fall like that before, it5 wouyld have been nice if they had added whther she was OK or not

I'm inclined to agree with Horsemaniac.It looked as though the horse wasn't between hand and leg throughout and got away from her.The horse was certainly very honest though considering things went wrong at the second part of that treble.The rider looked as though she got left behind hence dropping the contact and with the horse being so honest he jumped the third part anyway but unfortunately a fall would have been inevitable by then as the rider was already too far out of the saddle.It does say in the comments that the rider was just concussed.It was certainly some nasty fall.Mind you I wonder what on earth was going on in the mind of the person who suggested she was on drugs
