Was riding out today and someone said what a calm kind looking horse Luka was -I could have got off and kissed them! So much effort and thought has gone into getting him less tense and spooky, to have someone say that meant so much.

I had a similar moment when someone said Robin looked so good and easy.

I feel the same when people say Sid is handsome! It's so nice when people notice what used to be lacking in one's horse.

I think sometimes we forget where we have come from, and how much the horse has changed physically and mentally.

@newforest I sometimes wonder if I'm the other way and have got so used to them that I no longer see the issue.

When the McTimothy practitioner came a couple of weeks ago to do Buddy and Sapphire, I asked her if she thought Saffy was any better. She said yes, more joined together front and back and she also looks like one of yours now.
