Tell me about Show ponies & part bred Arabs

What tack is correct and what show clothes

I've dabbled in showing this year but only working hunter and show hunter pony so no help sorry just wanted to say if it's the dark bay I thinkyou posted about before he's lovely no wonder your OH wants to keep him.

Go to a few shows and pick up some tips watching and then prepare at home - but most of all enjoy it - we enjoy inhand showing in preference to ridden - so we have small ponies, natives and have a brilliant day out, go with no expectations and you will never come back dissapointed, unless of course you want to aim higher, we used to serious showing many moons ago but its too expensive and very facey now so we don't bother - we try to get a few smaller shows in now over the year - last couple of years we haven't got out at all, mainly due to illness and injury, but hopefully next year we can start again.........
