As a camp counselor, part of my job is to help the riders; on the ground and in the saddle. Since the campers always tend to have this natural sense of naive-ness about them, I was wondering if there are any great ways to teach total beginners. Please do note that I won't be all alone, there is a trainer who manages the camp, me and my fellow counselor are there to basically provide more 1-on-1 help with the riders. So I need some ways to get across to riders who are young, inexperienced, unconfident, or a mix of those. Thank you in advance!
