There was a thread on here about glasses and cobwebs a few days ago, which sparked an interest in looking about my house in me, and realising yes, it is full of the darn things. However, I am in a quandry, should I wait until we've stopped lighting the fire during the day (tis responsible for 99 per cent of soot and dust about the place) or just crack on and get it done? Decisions, decisions. OH wants to build a rockery in the mess we call the front garden today, but I'm not so sure. Whatever happens I intend to ride at lunch time - so I guess that's that sorted....... How many of you have done a spring clean so far? I keep seeing things that need attention. Really concerned about a huge brown patch up near the beams in my bedroom. Too far up for either of us to touch it and see if it's damp - but I have a nasty feeling it's the roof leaking where it joins Rumpelstiltskins house:stomp: The old saying is so true: "You can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear". This house used to be home to animals - not people. I truly think that it will never be properly watertight. Anyway, I've gone off the topic there............so is it hoover's a dawn people? Or are you just so clean to start with you don't need a spring clean????!:giggle:
