3 horses have been sold in the last few weeks, including my horses best friend, and a couple of yards round here are also closing to have houses built on them.

Nothing much has changed around here. Everyone is feeling the pinch so most people are not buying like they used to in the tack shops etc, everyone is doing a lot more 'make do and mend'.

Basically all the real horsey types are still finding the money to keep their horses well but living on beans on toast and switching their heating off:frown:

Yes happening around here to. The farm I used to ride on will be 600 houses. Even my yard has changed since I have been here.

They are even building up here in sunny Lancs!! Near MIL's house they have stuck up 100 new builds. Poor trees I say - they had been there years.....
