My plan for today was to hop on my bike this morning to check the horses and go in to town to get some eggs for breakfast and top up gas and electric, then home, eat and Potter about before heading to the horses about now to do chores and ride.
Instead I peddled to the ponies and as there was a dusting of snow decided to put them on the better grass, then figured I may as well get the poo picking done and hay sorted, thd I went and got gas and leccy and forgot my eggs. I froze my backside and toes but it was just snowing gently, now when I was planning to go its tipping down with rain and my weather app tells me it feels like -5 out there, I can concur!
I'm still hoping to ride if we get a dry spell, until then I'm curled up on the couch with a hot water bottle thawing out my feet
so glad I topped up the gas card as it went out about 10 seconds after I lit the fire, topped up card meant we were back in action in minutes
