So Jess's back has been looking good all week so I thought I'd give her a little try today, we just did a mile, just under 20 mins walking round the housing estate. The good news is she was happy and not in the slightest sore, I did put a regular numnah under the treeless pad today as she has always disliked grippy pads and thought that might have played into last weeks tenderness.
