Hi everyone, wondering if anyone can help me.

Went for a nice ride and when I got back I realised that she had a 2cm slice on the bulb of her back foot. She wasn't lame or in any pain- trotted and cantered happily. She suffers from mud fever and I've been spraying with MFP and picking off loose scabs and it's getting a lot better. Had noticed it was a bit pink but because of her scabs coming off, she does have little sores. Anyway, don't think the cut is from mud fever as it seems to straight and clean a cut. What could it be?

Cleaned it with hibiscrub, then rinsed it, dried it as best as I could and then put wound powder on. She walked off and started grazing. Is there anything else I should do for her?

Thank you :)
