side saddle

Hi does anybody know of a place in the Midlands I can have a side saddle riding lesson. I found a place in Stourbridge by searching the internet but after emailing twice, I have had no reply. Thought I would ask if anyone has any local knowledge. I live in Cornwall but the nearest place to learn is near Taunton which is about 2 hours away and they only do it in the week, not weekends. My folks are in the Midlands and as I visit regularly I thought it might be easier to find somewhere near them. Its something I feel that I need to have a go at!

Hi my parents live in Stafford so with an hour's radius ?

Eland Lodge , derbyshire have some clinics coming up but don't know if you need your own horse.

thanks I checked Eland Lodge but you need your own horse - bit too far to take mine!

Yes you do need your own for the HAG days at Eland. I know the girl who runs them though and will ask who she would recommend around Stafford. We do them but I suspect we are too far away.
