Showing a Welsh Mountain Pony

We have a 12.1hh Welsh Mountain Pony, she is very pretty and would do well in showing classes, we were thinking of doing in hand shows but I rode her last night and I got her going nicely and think she might do well under saddle.
Now im 17, 5'5 and weigh about 9 stone, do you think it would be ok to ride her in a ridden showing class, or would I get thrown out? She has no problem carring me.

adults do ride the smaller ponies in m&m showing - more so than kids, actually! so no, you certainly won't get thrown out.

is she a small 12.1hh or a full up 12.1hh's as they arent ment to be over 12hh

thats the good thing with the natives. native ponies were bred to be ridden by adults so alongs you dont ruin the overall picture then you'll be fine.
