This is a picture of my poodles before they were taken in by Loving Homes Dog Rescue. It's not the state of them, look at Harry's eyes. He is scared stiff.

it explains a lot about him. He is nervous of men. He was a scaredy boy when we got him at a year old, scared of his own shadow.

Heartbroken. What else happened to them?

I don't really think he looks scared, in that first picture he's got his tail up over his back, stood tall, ears pricked and looking attentive and in the 2nd pic he has his eyes half shut, but he could have just blinked. He is very mucky and the place looks messy but so do lots of places in bad weather. I'm not saying it wasn't bad I just don't see what you do in these pictures.
