Sarcoid photos please

I am working towards an exam and to complete my study, I need photos of sarcoids.
The photos need to be good quality digital images.

on this one you can see a scar on his sheath from an old one

they have changed shape already (these pics were taken late Nov) so will try and up to date ones. if you need their "history" then let me know
