Was a fairly nice day today after some real grotty weather! My daughter has been enjoying riding Posy aswell as her pony Peerieman!. Peerieman Ive found is getting sore with his increased workload on tarmac, so Wally makes some amazing little pony sandals which he will be having. In the mean time my daughter has been enjoying being on Posy!

Well I say it was a nice day... was when we left the yard!! Luckily our home is on one of the hacking routes so in a heavy sudden downpour we legged it home and we sheltered in the porch! I didnt have a coat and daughter didnt have her waterproofs on! quick change, wait for shower and off we toddled again. Posy was very well behaved and happily stood at the front door!

Posys hair is coming out an an alarming rate! theres a very little pretty head appearing from under neath all that woolly mammoth hair, she has the cutest little ears! they are smaller then Peeriemans!

Managed to find a brilliant saddle of a friend up the road for daughter to ride in, Fits posy like a glove with a little 15" seat and was a great price. Shes very happy in it to, and daughter feels very grown up in a big girl saddle after her cub one on Peerieman.

Anyway Posy did not put a foot wrong, she really looks after her little rider, She is bombproof in all traffic to, we encountered everything today from prams, to bikes. Cars to tractors and trailers. Not even a flinch!

I love this mare!!

Peerieman continues also to be a perfect little Shetland pony. He still has never put a foot wrong, and enjoys now his little job of taking his little passengers around! They are both such a delight to own. Peeriemans Old owner came to visit him last week which was lovely, she also gave my daughter his passport to make it all offical for ownership which she is very very proud off and gave her the biggest WOWW and smiles a little 4 yr old could have !

Taking PM to a couple of shows this year with a friend! Should be great hes never been shown before. I dont expect he will get anywhere but im sure we will have a fun packed day. My little girl is really excited !

Aw bless her little ears :p I would love to see Wally's pony sandal's, been thinking hank might need something once we get him going a bit :D

They are both gorgeous but I am particularly tickled by the picture of Rosie patiently waiting in the rain outside your door while you go and get your waterproofs!

Those look fantastic, bet they would be great for popping over a poultice too, to stop the toes wearing through. I'm wondering if these might be good for Jess and her rehab, I will certainly be keeping them in mind :)

I made one for Sparta to hold her poultice in place and so she could go outside in it, you can safely use half the amount of bandage to hold the poultice on and it stays put even in the mud for 24 hrs until the next change of dressing.
