We were asked to do the riding club liaison trophy today last year was awful and we scored 58% and not asked to compete for them again since, until today.

We were in for the SJ at 70 then 75cm (never jumped at a comp outside of the RAF before) and prelim dressage.

Ginger pony was super.

I can't seen to link/copy any videos from fb sorry.

First SJ round went clear. Very happy mummy.

Then dressage on grass. He warmed up really well and I really enjoyed the test I came out beaming.

Next SJ round and pure rider error we had a pole down. Stupid mum.

Very happy, we are not show jumpers but really enjoyed to.

To top the day off we came 2nd in our arena (32 in class) with 70.75% and 5 over all (64).

Well done! Looks like a perfect day for it too. I know the dressage is your "thing" but you must be really proud of yourself for doing so much jumping too!

Joosie I am stupidly proud. I have never owned a pony that enjoyed jumping so much as he does and he makes me want to jump he is so sweet and honest.

Today was smaller than we have been doing in training but it was so nice to not over face myself at out first comp and to give us both so much confidence

Huge congratulations, that's brilliant. My stupid PC/Internet connection won't let me watch the video tonight, I'm very disappointed. Will try from work tomorrow. Ginger is doing so well, he's a credit to you.
