My brother is asking me how much rental potential he might have for a property he is looking at, they are near exmouth (I know specifics will effect it but just trying to give him a ball park), there is 4 really nice stables, hay shed, tack room, power, water with 14 acres fenced into a smaller paddock and larger field, what sort of rent might this demand? for either sole use or on a per horse basis?
