The breast collar looks too small unless that adjusts more. The wither strap should be sitting nearer to the wither, as it is now its going to sit on the windpipe.
 
The breastplate is on the smallest holes, I couldn't work out how to get it to sit nearer her withers, it is actually just in front of her withers but she has very long and low withers, if I move it down it looks too low - any ideas?
 
Lunge cavesson was/is just in case to save pulling on reins as she hasn't had much experience with a bit, I did take it off to long rein around the yard but will probably put it back on when I start to take her round the lanes/roads. Just means if she shoots forwards because of uncertainty/worry then I can keep hold of her easier with just the one rein.
