Well have been concentrating hugely on ANKLES!!! I HATE the fact that my toes sometimes point out and I know it is all to do with not having soft ankles. Toes pointing out equates to tension through the leg I know.

Have been practicing and practicing out hacking - so today I figured I must have got it - because after a long trot my ankles ached!!!

Soft ankles certainly equates to softer legs - my knees were soft as well and I felt I was soft through my seat but managed to keep my core toned.

So much to riding isn't there!!!!

That's my key riding aim atm too. Now I've gone to physio to sort out my lower back and my hips are more open as a result, I can go back to having my legs under me more with feet facing forwards. In still lopsided slightly as I'm still slightly stiffer through one side of my back but its much improved.

Its hard to find the one thing that affects everything else but do satisfying when you do.
