Oh my! Long hack!

Well....my feet don't ache as much today... because the rest of me aches too!

Went for a long hack with a friend this morning and we were actually out for 3.5 hours. The majority of it was walking so we went for stamina over speed and distance...but sitting still makes me seize up after a while so my knees and ankles ached (but not my hips on my XW pony, actually).

I'm getting too old for this malarkey....

Huge fun though!

Haha....oh alright then.... I went out with Sam and Mary again (who I did the XC practise with last Tues). We did a little off-roading....



Went round a local country park, but paused to admire the view...



Downhill again and across another stream, pausing to take a pic of the waterfall...





Sam got a pic of me but from a 17-hander, Gracie looks like a Shetland!! Haha....



Then we rode home past Sam's house so we stopped to say hello to her rellies...



Good fun.
