Where has the healthy living thread gone? I was after some pointers and tips and possibly some online support to help me get a healthier lifestyle, and feel more comfy on the hairy beast of my pony

i think CVB and raingodz often post a monthly health thread in the cafe, so i guess it dissappears as the cafe has a limited time for threads....
i haven't seen one for october though
