I am working Tór gently in long, slow straight lines. I am not interested in an outline yet, I want him to learn to stretch down and swing from the back end first, but he's so nosy he won;t lower his head in case he misses something.
So when friend came over from Switzerland and worked in hand with friend's horse we did some in hand stuff with him too. Anyway we got some good results indoors in hand and then from the saddle with poles.
Yesterday out on a hack he was unsettle about something and realised he had a runny nose and it was tickling him. So he walked up the road wiping his nose up the tarmac leaving a long snotty stripe up the road!
